About the Speaker: Janette Jones
As Senior Director of CAHPS® Service at Bivarus, Janette is responsible for overseeing all CAHPS® survey initiatives. Janette works directly with Alan Jackson, Chief Customer Officer, in determining the company’s CAHPS® offerings, and serves as Consultant and Project Manager for many Bivarus’ healthcare clients in the areas of customer satisfaction and CAHPS® surveys.
Janette majored in Health Services Administration and received her Bachelor of Science in Health degree from Ohio University. She brings more than 19 years of experience in patient surveying and consulting services. Her expertise includes survey development, data analysis, meeting with executives and directors on improvement initiatives, and implementing rounding processes.
