Improving Patient Experience and Satisfying MIPS Reporting Requirements With a QCDR
In order to be eligible to receive MIPS reimbursement using a QCDR in 2019, surveying must contain at least 90 days of patient encounters by the end of 2017.
Bivarus serves as a CMS-approved Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) that satisfies both the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) requirements for payment updates and captures useful performance data through real-time patient feedback. We offer 3 main advantages:
- The Bivarus QCDR is not clinically specific. Our QCDR is flexible enough to be used for all clinical subspecialties and has the ability to report outcomes by provider, department, specialty, or organization.
- Our approach captures the voice of the patient. Among other features, our QCDR surveys patients directly via email or text within 24-48 hours of a healthcare encounter.
- Our QCDR is a cloud-based system that requires minimal integration with your electronic health records system. No data or chart reviews are required from providers.
